Electronic Air Waybill (e-AWB)
An electronic air waybill (e-AWB) is an air waybill sent as data instead of on paper, using the FWB or XFWB message.
It works under an e-AWB agreement between the agent and the airline and has been the default contract on enabled trade lanes since 1 January 2019.
