Most airlines are live in eight to twelve weeks

How long a switch takes.

How long it takes

Most carriers are fully live within 8 to 12 weeks, including the complex items: rates, embargo logic and integrations. Very large fleets may run closer to 3 months. Small airlines on our end-to-end system can be set up and trained in a few days.

Cutover window

Switching cargo systems should not mean grounding operations while data moves. Our scrape and sync tool pulls historical AWBs and flight data into a staging environment while a live sync runs against current bookings, so nothing is dropped mid-transition. Your team validates and reconciles during a short cutover window, typically 2 weeks to 1 month, before traffic switches to production.

On-site through go-live

A team member is on-site during implementation, training your staff directly and working through every workflow until you are live. For a mid-sized fleet that is usually about a month.
