Free Carrier (FCA)
Free Carrier (FCA) is the Incoterms rule where the seller hands the goods, cleared for export, to the carrier or another party named by the buyer at an agreed place.
Risk passes to the buyer at that point. It suits air freight better than FOB, which is meant for sea transport.
