Lithium Ion Batteries, Section II (ELI)
ELI is the IATA special handling code for lithium ion batteries packed with or inside equipment under Section II of the DGR (packing instructions 966 and 967).
These small batteries need no dangerous goods declaration but still have marking and quantity limits.
