Cryogenic Liquids (RCL)
RCL is the IATA special handling code for cryogenic liquids, which are refrigerated liquefied gases such as liquid nitrogen or liquid helium.
Dry shippers, where the liquid nitrogen is fully absorbed and cannot leak, are not regulated as dangerous goods.
