Every air waybill, from booked to accepted
Gross, chargeable and accepted weight, special handling and the flight each waybill is travelling on

Three weights
Gross weight is what it weighs. Chargeable weight is what it bills at once volume is taken into account. Accepted weight is what was taken at the counter. Each is a separate column, so a discrepancy between them is visible on the row.
Special handling
Live animals, dry ice, frozen and heavy cargo, flammable liquids, excepted lithium metal batteries, human organs, pharmaceuticals with their temperature range. The commodity is a field on the record.
Flight is part of the record
Each waybill carries the flight it is on as a reference to the flight itself. Re-routing a shipment updates the flight in one place and the flight's weight and volume utilisation updates with it.
