Transaction types
AWB invoice, credit memo, debit memo, receive payment, issue refund. Each is a typed transaction.
Security deposits and bank guarantees
The collateral behind an agent's credit sits in the same ledger as the invoices it secures, with its own status and value.
Transaction status
Issued, applied, cleared, processed, active. A transaction's status shows what has happened to it: invoiced and paid are different states and a refund can be raised or processed.
Bulk actions and export
Select a set of transactions and act on them together, or export the ledger.
